Welcome to Fitness 10, Weight Training and a new class called Individual and Dual Sports, also known as Activities 4 life. I am a graduate of Eastern Montana College in Billings. You now know it as MSU - Billings. I have been teaching Fitness since 1996. Prior to that, I worked for 2 years in Special Education classrooms. My teaching travels have been Bozeman; Fallon, Nevada; Manhattan Christian; Wolf Point and now Sidney. My wife of 26 years and I are extremely happy to be in Sidney and continue to meet wonderful, generous people. We are working hard to help improve overall Fitness levels and also try to challenge the students to try new activities from around the world.
