My Background:

-I grew up in the Sidney area

-I graduated from Fairview High School

-I attended Caroll College for my B.A. in Elementary/ Special Education

-I attended the University of Montana for my M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction and Library Media Science

-I attendied Dickinson State University for my B.S. in Secondary Education/ English

My Family:

-I am married and have two boys (Burton & Josh).  

-We live outside of town on my family ranch as 4th generation ranchers.  

-I enjoy hiking, fishing, photography, sewing, crafts, gardening, reading, coffee, and music.  

 My Experience:

-21 years of teaching experience

            ~14 years in K-6 general education classrooms

            ~5 years in Special Education

            ~5 years Elementary School Librarian

            ~3 years High School
